Kendall's Famous Guacamole

This is a really nice alternative if your not into the creamier dips such as onion or veggie. Serve this with tortilla chips and a smile.

4 Haas Avocados (preferably ripe; to make sure your avocados are nice and ripe by game day, place in a brown paper bag overnight)
1 yellow onion
1 fresh jalapeno pepper
1 lime
1 ripe tomato
1tsp. chili powder

Chop all of your veggies and put in a dish to the side. The cut your avocados open and remove the pit. mash the avocado with a fork until nice and creamy. ten add the chopped veggies and chili powder making sure to use the entire lime. Mix and serve with carrots and tortilla chips.

  1. Your guacamole sounds delicious, Kendall! If you're not going to serve it immediately, stick the pits from the avocado into the dip and they will help prevent the dip from turning brown for about an hour.
